From injury to return to play

Sports injuries are our core discipline — from the first diagnosis to the day you're back on the field at full strength. Every patient gets the same protocol we use for professional athletes: precise diagnostics, a phased recovery plan, and measurable tracking all the way to return to play.

Injuries we treat

  • ACL and meniscus injuries
  • Ankle sprains and chronic ankle instability
  • Hamstring strains
  • Shoulder instability and rotator cuff injuries
  • Tendinopathies (Achilles, patellar tendon, tennis elbow)
  • Muscle injuries and contusions from contact sports

Results you can expect

  • Reduced risk of re-injury through pre-return testing
  • A clear, phased recovery plan with measurable goals from day one
